Return & Exchange Policy
General Return Policy
All returned products must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that have been installed, used, or "taken for a test ride" are not eligible for return unless they are defective, in which case they may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Eligible returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To begin a return, contact us at support@darkstarltd.com. Returns must be sent to Darkstar Ltd. in Edmonton, AB, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
All approved returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 10 business days of the return authorization notice.

Exclusions
Apparel and services, including tire changes, are not covered under our return policy. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we will do our best to assist you.
Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), sale items, and gift cards, are also non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
Product Warranty
Most manufacturers offer a warranty covering material and workmanship defects. To learn more about a product’s specific warranty policy, please contact the manufacturer or reach out to us for guidance.
Warranty claims typically take 4-8 weeks to process and are subject to the policies of the brand or manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear or customer negligence. In most cases, the item must be returned directly to the brand/manufacturer, not Darkstar Ltd. If the item was delivered more than 30 daysbefore the warranty claim, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
